Before doing this procedure, follow the Pressure

Relief Procedure Warning on page 13 to reduce
the risk of an injection injury, injury from moving
parts, or electric shock. Unplug the sprayer1
1. Remove the pressure control cover and screws.
2. Disconnect the power supply cord lead from the
ON/OFF switch (363). the white wire going to the
bridge (3081, and the green wire to the grounding
screw (343) and lockwasher (327).
3. Loosen the strain relief bushing (326). Remove the
power supply cord (3111.
4. Install the new cord in the reverse order of
disassembly.
5. Reinstall the cover and screws.

Remove the pressure control cover and screws.
Use a needle nose pliers to disconnect the upper
terminal wire from the microswitch (302) for ease in
;e2moving the ON/OFF switch (363). Refer to Fig
Use the pliers to disconnect the two black wires
from the ON/OFF switch (3631. Refer to Fig 12.
Use a 5/6” socket wrench to loosen and remove
the nut and rubber boot KfO4) from the top of the
pressure control box. Remove the switch guard

Remove the ON/OFF switch.
Install the new switch so the internal tab of the anti-
rotation ring (WI engages with the vertical groove
in the threads of the switch, and the external tab
engages with the blind hole (Dl of the pressure con-
trol box. See Fig 13.
Install the switch guard KM, aligning the internal
tab with the groove in the threads. See Fig 13.
Install the nut and rubber boot (304) and tighten.
See Fig 13.
Reconnect the wires to the ON/OFF switch (363)
and reconnect the wire to the microswitch (302).
Refer to Fig 12.
